EU CLP | アントラキノン(anthraquinone)の分類に関する裁判所判決

10月24日，EUの一般裁判所は、アントラキノン（EC 201-549-0; CAS 84-65-1）の発がん性のカテゴリー1Bの分類に関する欧州委員会の決定に挑むために，DEZA, a.s.に持ち込まれた訴訟について，欧州委員会とECHAを支持する判決を下した．その判決において，裁判所は，DEZA, a.s.にもたらされた訴訟を全面的に棄却した．
裁判所は，欧州委員会とECHAのリスク評価委員会が，物質が発がん性のカテゴリー1Bの分類基準を満たしていることを誤って評価していないと判断した．

Emamectin benzoate (ISO); (4’’R)-4’’-deoxy-4’’-(methylamino)avermectin B1 benzoate (EC -; CAS 155569-91-8). It has no harmonised classification and labelling in Annex VI to CLP. Comments are invited on selected physical hazards as well as hazards on human health and the environment except respiratory sensitisation, aspiration and hazardous to the ozone layer.
Trinexapac-ethyl (ISO); ethyl 4-[cyclopropyl(hydroxy)methylene]-3,5-dioxocyclohexanecarboxylate; ethyl (1RS, 4EZ)-4-[cyclopropyl(hydroxy)methylene]-3,5-dioxocyclohexanecarboxylate (EC -; CAS 95266-40-3). It has no harmonised classification and labelling in Annex VI to CLP. Comments are invited on selected physical hazards as well as all human health hazards and hazards to the aquatic environment except respiratory sensitisation, aspiration and hazardous to the ozone layer.
[S-(Z,E)]-5-(1-hydroxy-2,6,6-trimethyl-4-oxocyclohex-2-en-1-yl)-3-methylpenta-2,4-dienoic acid; S-abscisic acid (EC 244-319-5; CAS 21293-29-8). It has no existing harmonised classification and labelling in Annex VI to CLP. Comments are invited on selected physical hazards as well as on human health hazards and hazards to the aquatic environment except carcinogenicity, respiratory sensitisation, aspiration and hazardous to the ozone layer.
